The First Fisker Karma UK Double Regular Price Sold For Charity

The first example of the Fisker Karma to be available for sale in the UK was auctioned at a charity event held at the Roundhouse in Camden. The highest bidder paid £ 140,000 (U.S. $ 220,689) - more than double the car's sticker price. The model in question will receive a single plate, signed by the CEO, Henrik Fisker.

The plate, or the right to boast the first extension line electric Karma in the UK was not the reason for this generosity, all proceeds from the auction, which raised more than £ 870,000 (1371 U.S. $ 0120 .) will go to Pratham UK organization.

Pratham UK is a chapter on children's charity that was founded in 1994 by UNICEF to ensure that all children get an education in India. The funds will be used for programs such as "Read India", which aims to improve literacy and numeracy for children in its rural areas.
