New Toyota FCV-R Fuel-Cell Concept Heading for Production in 2015

Toyota's conceptual items at this year's Tokyo Motor Show are a bit more than audience pleasers as both the FT-EV III small and the FCV-R research made here, are targeted to get into creation.

The FCV-R is a next-generation fuel-cell idea style motivated by hydrogen that Toyota says is developed for start in 2015.

According to the Western car maker, the fuel-cell model is placed within the engineered shape thus keeping room with the idea being able to offer up to four people and their baggage.

The next technology energy cellular bunch involves a 70 MPa high-pressure hydrogen container, which said to offer a generating variety of around 700 km or about 435 distance.

Being that the FCV-R not only appears like the Prius in looks but is also very identical in measurements at 4,745 mm lengthy, 1,790 mm large and 1,510 mm large with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm, it is possible that the two motors talk about the same program structure.
