New Opel Astra Sports Tourer Unveiled - Should Buick Bring it to the States?



This station model here, smart-looking car is the new Opel (Vauxhall or the United Kingdom) Sports Tourer and Astra revealed before its world premiere at the Paris Motor Show on 2 October. It is on sale across Europe in November.

The exterior design of the Astra Sports Tourer is reminiscent of the ST badge, and is a good thing. Unlike its predecessor Square, the Opel design team, led by Mark Adams opted for the design of a "lifestyle property" with a sloping roofline and a tail less perpendicular.

GM has no official plans for States Astra Sports Tourer.
