Nissan's 480HP Juke-R Study Finally Fully Revealed

It 's been too long to do, not to mention the endless teasing, but here it is in flesh and blood: outrageous Juke-R Nissan car plant project that merges eccentrically styled small crossover with a proven mechanical hardware Almighty GT-R sports car.

The result is a vehicle that defies logic and shows once again that Nissan has the courage and the willingness to experiment with crazy ideas. And judging by the Murano convertible, which would not surprise me the least if someone Nissan has given the green light to a limited production version on the way.

But for now, Nissan Europe and its technical partners RML said is that the Juke-R drive is a special legal concept, of which only two examples will be built, one on the left and the other disk in the drive on the right.

The new images and videos give us our first detailed look at the Juke Outside, R., Nissan designers used a matte black finish to the small cross before adding a host of aerodynamic elements, a style of course BT-R inspired.

Bad-boy look of the car with flared wheel arches covering the GT-R from 20-inch Rays forged alloy wheels, extended front bumper with large air holes, sculpted side skirts, a prominent rear bumper with diffuser and rear wing divided, leaves no doubt that this is not your regular Juke.

The same goes for the interior, where Nissan's engineers lowered the rear seat and adds a race spec cage. The crossing also won a pair of racing seats ahead with the original GT-R steering wheel, pedals, dials and 7 inch touch screen.

But the most striking changes occur under the skin, where the Juke takes the GT-R twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6 and 480 horses of the four-wheel drive, gearbox and suspension, which have been modified appropriately. Nissan has not announced performance.

The company said the project will enter the test cars at the end of November, before "they are released to the world to take in the city park."

Until then, jump on the jump to see photos and watch the three videos on the Juke-R.

GM PR Officially False Entries To Remake The Fund Cannonball Run

Let's face it: we live in a politically correct society, it is considered that speeding, drinking, smoking and other many things such as anti-social. So when a rumor that General Motors, the surfaces of all companies General speaks to fund a new version of The Cannonball Run (well, probably from smoking), it comes as a bit of a surprise.

For those of you too young to remember, is involved in the original 1981 story of an illegal cross-country where no law left unbroken. Nevertheless NY Magazine reported today that GM is in talks with producer Al Ruddy (The Godfather, Million Dollar Baby) to participate in the project in a big way.

But shortly after the story made headlines, GM spokesman Tom Henderson posted a tweet denies any involvement: "I am a spokesman for GM, it's baseless speculation / rumors GM would tolerate not a project to portray the reckless / drunk ... "

So there you have it, then a new ball Canon may be at work, it is General Motors has nothing to do with a project that is tolerant of careless driving (unless of course it is save the earth from a horde of Decepticons ...)
