Chevrolet Aveo 5-door

The Aveo is finally here and in the metal, and Chevy says it is targeting young buyers interested in a hot-hatch "seems as good as the Aveo RS show car concept." Points for trying, guys, but not really ...

Set to hit Europe in the summer of 2011, Aveo 5-door is powered by a variety of small-displacement gasoline and diesel engines (ranging from 70-115 hp), and also available in a 6-speed stick. All information is available engines and similar products, check out our previous post.

The black plastic sea has crept inside and they are everywhere outside the car, as evidenced by the front and back of the old light and the rear quarter window. So all that was once attractive from the back of 3 / 4 (like the C-pillar kink and treatment of the back) seems to have been toned down a rung.

And if the tailgate does not do it for you, Chevrolet has a sedan version of the car, or in Los Angeles in November or Detroit in January 2011. Anyone interested in a 180 horsepower version of SS?

2011 Chevrolet Captiva

Joining new Orlando MPV, sedan Cruze and next-generation Chevrolet Aveo subcomapct to stand at the forthcoming Paris Motor Show, will be updated on the European market in Captiva. Restyled version of the Chevy seven-passenger SUV, which was introduced in 2006, has a new front end design, interior improvements and new engines and transmissions.

Updates will Styling Chevrolet Captiva latest creations as the Cruze and the Aveo, although we are 99 percent sure that many will see some of the style of the Mitsubishi Outlander DNA that returned the bow.

With the brand new nose, also in 2011, Captiva is integrated LED turn signals on side mirrors, side air valves revised, new exterior color palette and fresh designs of alloy wheels.

We have no photos of the interior yet, but Chevrolet says the interior has been enhanced with new textures and surfaces, including fabrics new seats, an ice-blue lighting back and an upgraded audio system that includes an auxiliary input, USB and Bluetooth connectivity. In addition, a new electric parking brake is said to open an additional storage space in the center console, two cupholders 1 liter.

There are many changes under the hood with the introduction of four new engines come standard with a new six-speed manual or automatic.

The new configuration consists of a 2.2 liter common rail turbo diesel units available in both output 163HP or 184HP, and two petrol engines, 171HP 2.4-liter four-cylinder 3.0-liter V6 258HO injection direct and variable valve timing.

Both the 2.2-liter turbo-diesel 2.4-liter gasoline engine will be offered in front or all-wheel drive configurations.

Chevrolet has said it is also re-tuned suspension to further improve the vehicle dynamics, improving cornering roll characteristics and ride feel.

The launch of the new Chevrolet Captiva SUV in Europe is planned for spring 2011.

New Chevrolet Aveo £ 9,995 To Start In The United Kingdom

The new Aveo city will be launched in Britain next January with the first one on the road price of £ 9,995 for the entry level 1.2 LS, Chevrolet announced today. Buyers can choose between four engines and three trim levels.

The engine range includes 1.2-liter petrol unit producing 86 horsepower, 1.4 liter petrol engine with 101PS, two 1.3-liter diesel engines with a power of 75 or 95PS. All four engines are offered a five-speed manual is standard, while the 1.4 liter petrol engine also comes with the possibility of a six-speed automatic.

The base LS trim, the Aveo is equipped with remote locking, rear spoiler, CD-stereo radio, power adjustable heated exterior mirrors and electric front windows.

Climbing the LT model gets alloy wheels are 15-inch driver's seat of four directions, adjustable steering wheel audio, air conditioning, sunglasses holder, an information center for the driver, Bluetooth phone compatibility , and a chrome shifter, with prices from £ 10 995 on the road.

The top-end LTZ adds a leather steering wheel, fog lights, rear parking assist and automatic headlamps, with prices from £ 12 195 for the 1.4L petrol.
