2012 Kia Seoul Subtly Updated, Is New 135HP 1.6-liter And 2.0 Liter 160HP



Only three years in the sale of the business running, and the Kia Soul will be modified to improve its position in the market. Set to be unveiled at the Auto Show in New York with the all-new Rio sedan, which we mentioned in our previous post, in 2012 Soul comes with a range of technologies and powertrain improvements, and some updates subtle design days.

Cosmetic differences is excluded from the new projector headlights with LED daytime running lights, a modified hood, shaped front and rear bumper and new LED tail lights. The most significant changes relate to the current range of engines and the introduction of new six-speed transmissions. By 2012, the soul is a new 1.6-liter four-pot GDI issuing a power of 11 percent more than before 135hp, while returning 28mpg city and 34 mpg on the highway (8.4-6.9lt/100km) resulting in an improvement of 10 percent over the previous engine.

Those seeking more power can also opt for the new 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 160 hp and 143 lb-ft (194Nm) of torque up to 142HP and 115 lb-ft of the output device. The two-liter engine also gets new six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Kia calculates fuel economy mpg in the city of 2.0 liters of 27 and 33 mpg on the highway (8.7-7.1lt/100km) for both models with automatic transmission and manual.

"After only two years of the model, we have given the 2012 Soul significant improvements in power, style and fuel economy, what makes this iconic vehicle the perfect package for consumers looking for something a little out of the box "said Michael Sprague Kia.

Concept Lexus LF-Gh Unwrapped Hybrid Sports Sedan: 50 High Resolution Photos



Today is the day of the Lexus at sunrise officially unveiled its new LF-GH hybrid concept ahead of its world debut at the show in 2011 New York International Auto, which operates the public April 22 to May 1 The latest Japanese company concept a Grand Tourer prices realized a new approach towards the next generation of Lexus models.

"Customers have been waiting for a bold concept such as Lexus," said Mark Templin, Lexus Division Group Vice President and General Manager. "We look forward to their return and to integrate some of these design features exciting Lexus cars in the future. "

We only get a glimpse of the inside of these images, but what we can tell, the LF-A has also been instrumental in the style of the interior and dashboard. According to the Japanese automaker, "it's an interior designed to meet the needs of customers who know the true quality, and include the details."
