Only a few days after the Audi pulled the wraps off a new premium five-door supermini called A1 Sportback and Ingolstadt-based automaker came out with a model of the full price for the UK market.
On the road-prices start at £ 13 980 and is more than £ 21 270, representing a premium of 560 pounds for model-A1 three-door model. The first deliveries will begin in the spring of 2012.
The Sportback will be launched with the same engine range as the three-door model, first with a choice of three petrol engines - 1.2-liter TFSI 86PS, 1.4-liter TFSI with 122p and twin 1.4-liter TFSI charge with 185PS, plus a diesel 1.6-liter TDI producing 105P.
The 2.0-liter TDI power of 143 hp will expand in the summer of 2012. This new turbo diesel, which was introduced only in the three-door A1 line-up, carrying the A1 Sportback is 62 mph (100 km / h) in 8.5 seconds, while returning 68.9mpg combined cycle test in the United Kingdom.
There are three available trim levels, SE, Sport and S-Line, with standard features across the range including alloy wheels, split / folding rear seat, front and rear power windows, air conditioning, CD audio system compatibility with MP3, ESP with the last differential system.
The Sport model adds larger 16-inch wheels, sport suspension, sport seats, Bluetooth phone preparation and the information system of a pilot, while versions of the S-standard equipment to further improve the line S Treatment Abroad, more alloy wheels 17-inch S line sports suspension, leather upholstery and fabric combination.
